DMPU-HF reagent is utilizing Hydrogen Fluoride in a convenient way for fluorination of alkynes, fluorination of aziridines, and fluoro-prins reaction. Compared to TREAT-HF and Olah′s Reagent, DMPU-HF is more tolerant of transition metals due to the reduced basicity of DMPU, compared to Triethylamine and Pyridine.
